Use for Planning Ahead
Your accounts show what already happened.
Bills & Income shows what’s about to happen — so you can plan, avoid surprises, and stay in control.
Examples
Timing gap
Your paycheck arrives after rent is due. Bills & Income helps you spot the gap early so you can move money or adjust plans.
Irregular income
If you’re waiting on a client payment, you can see whether it will arrive before upcoming expenses — and plan accordingly, moving money if needed.
Subscription check
You notice your expenses feel higher than expected. Use Overview or All Series to scan upcoming subscriptions and identify anything you can cancel or pause before you’re charged.
Busy bill week
Several bills are due around the same time. The calendar and reminders list help you see the cluster so you can make sure enough money is in your account—or adjust timing if needed.
Income timing clarity
If you’re paid multiple times a month (or from different sources), use Cash Flow to see exactly when income hits and how it lines up with upcoming expenses.
Planning a larger purchase
Before making a big purchase, check Cash Flow to see how it will impact your balance in the coming weeks—so you can decide whether to move forward or wait.
Fixing inaccurate projections
If something in Cash Flow doesn’t look right, go to All Series to review your recurring bills and income. Updating those ensures your projections reflect reality.
Getting to Bills & Income
