What if Quicken won't let me move a linked checking account?

Quicken can't move a linked checking account if it is already linked to an investment account. The investment account already accounts for cash transactions in the Investing tab. Here is what you can do:

Transfer all cash transactions into the investment account and delete the linked checking account.
