How do I copy or rename a form layout?

Suppose you've worked hard on customizing an invoice. You've carefully placed all the layout items exactly where you want them, and your logo looks just right. But this layout is for your consulting work, and you want a slightly different layout for the retail side of your business. Do you have to start from scratch?

No. You can copy the layout, and make any minor changes you need.

1. Open an existing form layout, or create a new one.
2. On the toolbar, choose Layout menu > Copy.
3. In the Copy Layout dialog, in the Select a Layout to Copy field, select a form layout to copy. (Optional)
   
   Quicken automatically selects the current layout, but you can copy any layout that you've saved.
4. In the New Layout Name field, enter a name for the copy.
5. Click OK.
   
   Quicken makes your copy the current layout and preserves your original form layout.
