You can edit existing layouts to better suit your needs. You can add, remove, or rename items, or change their size and position; likewise you can add, remove, or change the size of columns.

Click the Business tab.

Click the Business Actions and choose Invoices and Estimates > Design Invoice Forms.

In the Forms Designer dialog, choose Layout menu > Open.

In the Select a Layout to Open list, select a form layout, for example, Estimate Default or Invoice Default.

Click OK.

Edit your layout as desired. (Optional)
