About hiding, separating, and closing accounts
Quicken provides multiple ways to view and hide accounts in the Display Options tab:

Notes
- Hiding an account in the Account Bar has no effect on reporting or other features. Accounts must be marked as separate to be removed from reporting and other feature
- A closed account cannot be reopened, however, if an account is closed due to an error, it can be undone by restoring a backup.
