Mobile, Web, & Alerts settings
Use the Mobile, Web, & Alerts tab in Quicken Settings to control how your Quicken data syncs with the mobile and web apps, and how alerts are delivered. You can enable sync, select accounts to include, and configure detailed notifications about activity in your synced accounts. This ensures you can view your finances on the go and receive real-time updates about key events.
To open these settings, go to Quicken > Settings, then select the Mobile, Web & Alerts tab at the top of the window.
Sync
This section lets you turn syncing on or off for Quicken Mobile and Quicken on the Web.
When Sync is ON, accounts you choose will be accessible from the Quicken mobile app and at app.quicken.com.
When Sync is OFF, your data stays on your Mac and won’t be accessible from other platforms.
You can download the app using the App Store or the provided link for Android. Your Quicken ID and contact information are shown below the sync toggle.
Note: You must sign in with your Quicken ID to use mobile and web features.
Accounts
When sync is turned on, the Accounts tab appears to the right of Mobile & Web. Use this tab to control which accounts are synced.
Select or clear the checkbox next to each account to include or exclude it from sync.
Use the All, None, and Revert buttons to quickly change selections.
The last sync time appears in the bottom-right corner of the window.
Changes made here determine which accounts are available in Quicken Mobile and Quicken on the Web.
Alerts
Use the Alerts tab to receive notifications about specific activities in your synced accounts. These alerts can appear inside Quicken, or be sent by email or text message.
How to enable alerts
In the Enabled column, check the box next to each alert you want to activate.
To receive the alert by email or text, check the corresponding box in the Email or Text column.
To receive the alert in the mobile app, check the Mobile box.
Review the Description column to understand when each alert is triggered.
Alerts apply only to accounts that are selected for sync in the Accounts tab.
