Using the Planning tab
The Planning tab in Quicken Classic for Windows helps you manage your finances by tracking your spending, budgeting, planning for debt reduction, setting long-term financial goals, and preparing for taxes.

Getting started
To start using the Planning tab:
Select the Planning tab from the main menu.
Choose the tool you want to use from the available tabs: Budgets, Debt Reduction, Lifetime Planner, Tax Center, or Savings Goals.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your budgets, goals, and plans.
Managing your settings
After setup, you can:
