Show or hide reminders in your register

You can choose whether scheduled reminders—like bills and income—appear in your account register alongside posted transactions.

This setting is useful when you want the register to reflect not just what has happened, but what’s about to happen. For example, if you're trying to manage cash flow and want to avoid overdrafts, showing upcoming reminders helps you see your balance after upcoming payments. On the other hand, if you're reconciling accounts or preparing financial reports, you may want to hide reminders so only cleared transactions are visible. You can adjust the view per account based on how you use each register.

Set reminder visibility in a register

  1. Open the register.

  2. Select the clock icon in the upper-right corner of the register.

  3. Under Show reminders for, choose one of the following options:

    • Next 7 Days

    • Next 14 Days

    • Next 30 Days

    • Next 90 Days

    • Next 12 Months

    • Don’t show reminders

This setting applies only to the selected account register. Other accounts are not affected.
