What if I forget my Quicken ID password?

After you've set up your Quicken desktop software, you may forget your password. It happens to all of us! Here's what to do:

  1. Click the Mobile & Alerts tab.
  2. Click Forgot your password? at the bottom of the Sign In dialog.
  3. In the Forgot Your Quicken Cloud Password dialog, enter your zip code, then click OK.
  4. Quicken sends an email to your primary email address containing an access code.
  5. In the Reset Your Quicken Cloud Password dialog, enter the access code specified in the email.
  6. Enter and confirm a new password, then click OK.
  7. You can now sign in using your new Quicken ID password.

Note

Also remember to change the password on all of the mobile devices that you want to sync with this Quicken ID.
