Setting Your Payment Alert Settings
When you make a Quick Pay payment for an online bill, Quicken keeps you informed about that payment’s status. You can be alerted when a payment is successful or if there are issues with the payment.
You can control the alerts Quicken sends you by selecting from the Bills tab using the gear icon ⚙️. From the gear menu, select Manage Bill Email Alerts.
From there you can select what alerts you want to receive.
Online Bills
Bill is updated
Bill is due
Bill is overdue
Biller needs your attention
Payments
Payment is successful (Quick Pay)
Payment is canceled (Quick Pay)
Payment failed
Email (always sent)
Text message
Note: You can use Settings to enter the phone number that Quicken will send the alert to.
Quick Pay is not available in Canada.
