Quicken Bill Manager comes with a set monthly allotment of payments you can make. The amount of payments resets every month. See below to know what your reset date is.
How can I view the number of payments I have?
To check your remaining payments:

Go to the Bills & Income tab.

Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.

Select Bill Manager Payment Usage.

Review your Payments. You’ll get the following information:

Payment reset date
This is found in the paragraph above the table and represents when you will get a new set of payments.
Remaining payments do not roll over. -
Payments (Type of payment Quick Pay / Check Pay.)

Quota (How many payments you are allowed per month)
-
Used this month (Number of payments you’ve already used)
-
Remaining (Number of payments you have left this month)
