Add a company logo and address to a form layout
You can customize your invoices and estimates by adding a logo and business address to the layout. Use the Forms Designer to open, edit, and position layout elements.
Open an existing form layout
Before you can add a logo or address, open the form layout you want to edit.
Click the Business tab.
Click Business Actions, then choose Invoices and Estimates > Design Invoice Forms.
In the Forms Designer dialog, choose Layout > Open.
Select a layout, such as Estimate Default or Invoice Default.
Click OK to open the layout.
You can now modify the layout as needed. You can move, rename, add, or remove fields and columns.
Add a company logo
In the list of layout items on the left, click the double arrow next to Logo.
Select the Print Company Logo check box.
Choose whether to align the logo on the left or in the center of the layout.
Click Browse, locate your logo file, and click Open.
Your logo must be in BMP, JPG, or PNG format.
Click OK.
The logo appears in the layout. You can move and align it like any other layout item. To resize the logo, click and drag one of its corners.
Add a company address
In the list of layout items on the left, click the double arrow next to Company Address.
In the Company Address dialog, select the Print Company Address check box.
Enter your company’s address.
Click OK.
A dotted outline appears in the layout where the address will print. You can move, resize, and align the address field as needed.
