Ensure the following before you start using Quicken Mobile or Web:

Enable Mobile and Web Sync in Quicken desktop. You can do this during registration or at any time by going to Quicken > Preferences > Mobile, Web and Alerts

Install Quicken Mobile from the appropriate App Store or go to the Quicken website at https://app.quicken.com and log in with your Quicken ID
