Prerequisites to Using Quicken Mobile or Web

Ensure the following before you start using Quicken Mobile or Web:

  • Enable Mobile and Web Sync in Quicken desktop. You can do this during registration or at any time by going to Quicken > Preferences > Mobile, Web and Alerts
  • Install Quicken Mobile from the appropriate App Store or go to the Quicken website at https://app.quicken.com and log in with your Quicken ID

Supported mobile devices

You can install Quicken on the following mobile devices:

  • iPhone
  • iPad
  • iPod touch
  • Android phones
  • Android tablets

Supported mobile operating system versions

Ensure that the operating system of your mobile phone meets the minimum compatibility requirements as below:

  • iOS version 9.0 or above
  • Android version 4.1 or above
