Exporting Invoices
You can export invoices from Quicken to a CSV file for external analysis, tracking, and reporting. This feature makes it easier to maintain detailed financial records outside of the Quicken environment.
Exporting invoices to CSV
Navigate to the Business tab and then select Invoices.
Click the three-dot action menu.
Choose Export to CSV.
In the export dialog, review the Save as name and select the invoice status you want to export:
All – Includes every invoice.
Draft – Invoices created but not sent.
Open – Sent invoices awaiting payment.
Overdue – Invoices past their payment due date.
Paid – Invoices that have been fully paid.
Click Export.
Select a location to save the CSV file on your computer.
You can open the exported CSV file in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for further processing or reporting.
