Add or Edit Quick Pay Payment Account

Add or Enable Payment Account

To enable or add a Quick Pay payment account, follow these steps:


    • Go to the Bill Pay main menu and select Manage Payment Accounts.

    • Select the Quick Pay checkbox for the account you would like to set up. Only checking and savings accounts can be enabled for Quick Pay.

    • To enable an account for Quick Pay, you need to provide the following information:

      • Routing number 

      • Account number 

      • Name on Account (Account Holder)

      • Address

      • Date of Birth 

      These details will help us to register your account for Quick Pay.

Edit Payment Account

To Edit a Quick Pay payment account, follow these steps:

  • Go to the Bill Pay main menu and select Manage Payment Accounts.

  • Pick the account you would like to edit. Picking an account that has not been enabled yet will walk you through the steps to enable the account.

  • When editing an account, review the following information and make any necessary changes:

    • Routing number 

    • Account number

    • Name on Account (Account Holder)

    • Date of Birth 

    • Address

Once you have reviewed and edited the information, select Save.

Editing a payment account that has not yet been confirmed

It is possible to edit a payment account's identification numbers during the confirmation process, Quicken does allow you to do so. Click the Edit Routing/Account Numbers button on the Edit Payment Account screen. To change your Account Number, you will need to re-enter the entire account number. Editing this information will restart the verification process.
