Stop mobile access and alerts

You can turn off mobile sync and disable alerts in Quicken Classic for Windows if you no longer want to access your data from the mobile app or receive notifications.

Turn off mobile sync

Turning off sync prevents your Quicken data from being accessible in the Quicken Classic mobile or web apps.

1. Open Quicken.

2. Select the Mobile & Web tab.

3. In the upper-right corner, select the Gear icon.

4. In the Cloud Sync Options window, select Turn Sync Off.

5. Select OK to confirm.

Note: After sync is turned off, your data will no longer be available in the mobile or web apps.

Disable alerts

If you want to stop receiving email or text alerts:

1. On the Mobile & Web tab, go to the Alerts section.

2. Select Set up Alerts.

3. In the Edit Alerts Settings window, uncheck all options under Email and Text.

4. Select OK to save your changes.

Tip: You can also disable alerts individually if you only want to stop certain types of notifications.
