Sort Emergency Records by family member

You can organize your Emergency Report by family member to keep information grouped when reviewing or printing. This is especially helpful if you track details for multiple people.

To sort records by family member

  1. Go to the View menu and make sure Classic Menus is selected.

  2. Select Property & Debt > Emergency Records Organizer.

  3. Select the Report tab.

  4. Check Sort by family members.

  5. Select your Report Type and click Export or Print.

Note: The Sort by family members option groups records based on the Adult family member field in each entry. Be consistent when entering names to ensure the report sorts correctly.
