How do I identify my branch?

A financial institution may distinguish its branches in a number of ways:

  • Physical location: The city or state where the financial institution branch is located. Make a selection only if the choice is obvious (for example, you bank at a branch in California, and there is only one option for a California branch). Otherwise, contact your financial institution and ask which selection will enable you to download into Quicken.
  • Connection Type: The type of online connection method your financial institution offers to manage your account. Make a selection only if the choice is obvious. Otherwise, contact your financial institution and ask which selection will enable you to download into Quicken.
  • Purpose: The purpose of the account (for example, personal checking verses business checking). Make a selection only if the choice is obvious. Otherwise, contact your financial institution and ask which selection will enable you to download into Quicken.
