How should the tenant be moved out?

Edit the tenant and set the move-out date.

Quicken ends the rent collection reminders for the related property or unit

Quicken displays the rent due amount in the month columns in the Rent Center, through the month in which the move-out date falls.
What if I want to extend a tenant's lease?

In the Terms and Agreement tab, modify the lease end date (and the move-out date if required)

In the Rent Details tab, under Rent Collection reminder, select one of the options:New reminderExisting reminder
