How do I enter expense?
To enter an expense:
- In the Rental Property tab, click the Rent Center button.
- Click Add Transactions and then choose Enter Expense.
- Enter basic information about the transaction such as the property name, payee, category, and memo.
- Under Payment Information, fill in the details about the expense.
- Click Add.
