Can I use my Bank Bill Pay payees with Quicken Bill Manager?

If you’ve used Quicken to send bank bill pay instructions to your financial institutions, you can migrate saved payees over to Bill Manager. Bill Manager is a separate service from your bank’s bill pay feature. You can use it to send payments through Quicken.

Can I send payments using checks?

One aspect of Bill Manager is Check Pay, which helps you send checks to anyone in the U.S. conveniently. Using the name and address you provide, the Quicken service prints, stuffs, and posts the check via USPS First Class mail.

How do I copy Bank Bill Pay Payee(s) to Check Pay?

If you have the ability to make payments via Bill Manager, you will see a Copy Bill Pay payees option in the gear icon within the Bills & Income dashboard.

This feature allows you to copy biller information from billers that you have already set up in Bank Bill Pay so you can make payments in Quicken Bill Manager with Check Pay.

Are there any other steps?

If you haven’t enabled a payment account for use with Check Pay, you’ll have to do that first. As part of the process, we send you micro-deposits which you have to verify. Micro deposits will arrive at your bank in 1-3 business days. Once verifying the amounts of the micro-deposits, you’ll be all set to make Check Pay payments.

From there, you can start making a payment to this payee
